Woodland Dunes offers a variety of family programs throughout the year including when schools are on holiday/spring breaks. Family programs are fun and provide opportunity for everyone to learn about nature alongside our staff.

Raising a Wild Child
Ages 2-5 yrs + an adult
Experience the wonder of nature with your wild child through hikes, play and guided activities. Help your little one notice the natural world and ignite their (and your) curiosity! This program is offered the second Thursday of each month and focuses on a different topic each time. Registration is required by the Monday before each session.

Wild Wanderers
Ages 5-8 yrs + an adult
This program compliments the Wild Child program and takes a deeper dive into nature topics through guided activities, games and nature hikes. Wild Wanderers is offered once a month on a Saturday morning. Registration is required by the Monday before each session.
Photo Policy: Woodland Dunes may take photos or video of participants in programs, activities or events. These photos may appear on our website, social media or used in presentations. If you or your family members do not wish to be photographed, please let a staff member know.
